In the small nation of Estonia culture and nature are going hand in hand. It forms the root the identity of its people from which great and internationally respected artists emerge. Among them is Neeme Järvi, who returns every summer with his family to his homeland, to performe in these inspirational surroundings and to teach young talent.His master class for conductors will take place in Pärnu, Estonia’s most beautiful summer resort. Students will be selected to work with the Estonian the Pärnu City Orchestra, the Estonian National Youth Symphony Orchestra and its Chamber Orchestra. Concerts, conducted by Neeme Järvi and his students, will be performed in and around Pärnu, where Estonia’s best concert hall is situated, and the final concert conducted by Neeme Järvi will be embedded in the Leigo Lakes Music Days Festival.
